I am a software developer from the UK. I enjoy writing software and working on computers.

I like to use Python, C/C++, D, Bash and to a lesser extent Java (I like Java enough but I tend to use it less). Rust is alright, but to be honest, I liked using D more. I have also tried Odin.

I have tried porting my Python software (Telegram bots) to Go and C#.

Professionally I have used C#, PHP, JavaScript and Bash and have written software that integrates with TextCrawer on Windows. (I often use sed, grep and awk on Linux with scripts).

My workstation Linux distro of choice is Void Linux, but I also use Raspberry Pi OS (Debian) on my Rpi400 computer. My server distros of choice are Ubuntu/Armbian and Alpine Linux.

Apart from computer stuff, I like quizzes, video games (still computers :P), reading and TV.
